So my BFF and I have decided that we are going to do 30 Day Shred starting March 1st. If anyone wants to us that would be great. I am going to weigh myself every 10 days and measure at the beginning and the end.

im on level 2 of 30ds and i absolutely love it but added zumba to it as well because i didnt feel it was working the way i expected. also i was told not to do it everyday because it will give u knee pain (i have the knee pain as well) good luck0

okay i'll join you that way it will give me all of feb to get up to pace of working out before i open jillian up again have never been able to go beyond day 1!
but hopefully by march 1 i'll be in better shape!0
