So my BFF and I have decided that we are going to do 30 Day Shred starting March 1st. If anyone wants to us that would be great. I am going to weigh myself every 10 days and measure at the beginning and the end.

  • im on level 2 of 30ds and i absolutely love it but added zumba to it as well because i didnt feel it was working the way i expected. also i was told not to do it everyday because it will give u knee pain (i have the knee pain as well) good luck :)

    okay i'll join you that way it will give me all of feb to get up to pace of working out before i open jillian up again have never been able to go beyond day 1!
    but hopefully by march 1 i'll be in better shape!
