I am aiming for 130-135. I'm at 140 now and really just want to lose one more pants size. I hold most of my weight in my butt and thighs, and those are always the last places I lose weight, but hopefully 5 more pounds will put me in a size 6.

I try to get around 120 g of proteins a day. My diary is open if you want to look at what I eat. I try to net around 1380 calories a day.

For squats and deadlifts, I usually wait a few minutes in between sets. For bench press, overhead press, and rows, I wait about 60-90 seconds.

I just started heavy lifting last week. I'm always looking for more friends!

I'm 5'6.5, and I've been hovering around 139-142 for a long time. I've given up on trying to lose weight and am now focusing on losing body fat. I'm following the Stronglifts 5x5 program. I don't think the number on the scale matters as much as how your body looks, and I want to lose inches, which strength training will…

I'm 5'6. CW is 143, and I'm aiming for 130, but depending on how I look/feel, anywhere in the 125-135 range might be ok. I'm hoping to lose a few pounds, but mostly I want to tone up. I'm starting a heavy lifting program in March, and as long as my body fat percentage goes down, then I'll be happy with whatever weight that…

If you're doing cardio on your own, then I would do Body Pump for some strength training. But I'm a little bias because I hate spinning, and body pump is my favorite class at the gym. :)

I started a week ago! I'm doing 9 days of each level so I can finish before I go on vacation on March 2nd. :)

I finished c25k last October, and W5D3 is definitely the biggest jump in the program. I really made sure to pace myself and ran a lot slower than I usually did. I think it took 2 or 3 tries, but I was able to get through it at that slow pace. Then I did it again, knowing I could run for 20 minutes straight, at my normal…
