I love, love spin class, work out DVD's such as Jillian Michaels, kettle bell work outs, long walks with my puppy's. and I am really trying to get in to running. I always start but never keep it up. Today I ran for 20 minutes straight which was a first for me!
I really want to lose weight to just feel good in my own skin. I also want to start a family some day and I realized I never wanted to be bigger than I was. I also want to be a good example for my family.

I get jealous when I see others lose 7 pounds in a week. I seem to be stuck on the 160s. It seems like my body get here and chills out. I need a twin who needs 20-30 lbs to lose. At times I get discouraged.

NSV: To walk up the gi-mongus hill from the parking lot to the building I work in, then climb the stairs without getting so out of breath. To fit in clothes less than size 16.
I fell off the wagon, hard. Lost 35 pounds last year from January - June. Then life got crazy, funds got low, MFP stopped posting to facebook and I lost all sorts of motivation. Maintained from June - October - gained crazy weight back Novemeber - January. :sad: Not looking back, just restarting.0 -

I want to be able to walk into a clothing store without clerks looking at me like they are wondering why I am there. I want to be able to hike and bike and kayak and paddle board in the summer time and swim without a t shirt over my bathing suit. I am in nursing school and want to be a good example for my patients as to what health can look like. I want to downhill ski, cross country ski and snowshoe in the wintertime. I want to travel to other countries and NOT be the fat american. I want to fly and not worry about seat belts fitting or spilling into the seat of the traveler next to me. I want to RUN0 -

I have just discovered Yoga and I love Zumba and Sh'Zam. I can be bother with any machines and weights machine so group exercise is what I really love. Some days I will break out the Wii and do Just Dance with my 2 young kids. This is the longest I have been on a diet (3 1/2 weeks) hahaha..... it goes to show you what sort of will power I have! However, this is the first time that I approached it as a life style change as oppose to a fad diet.0 -
