I want to be able to run 2 miles a day again and fit into my old size 9/10 jeans. I like the energy I had while working out. 155 is my ideal weight; anything less and I look too thin. I've fallen off the wagon for 7 months but I'm ready now for a lifestyle change.

I love, love spin class, work out DVD's such as Jillian Michaels, kettle bell work outs, long walks with my puppy's. and I am really trying to get in to running. I always start but never keep it up. Today I ran for 20 minutes straight which was a first for me!
I really want to lose weight to just feel good in my own skin. I also want to start a family some day and I realized I never wanted to be bigger than I was. I also want to be a good example for my family.
