 My goal is to be under 140 by my 40th birthday in May. I don't want to go into my next decade with this 20 lb. albatross around my neck! Also, I want to get stronger and more muscular, and, eventually, train for a marathon. Small steps! Other NSV: I'll admit it--I want to debut a new bikini at the town pool this summer

 I want to be in shape by the time I enter the next chapter of my life. At least I want to feel better about my weight and the way I look. I started working out and added running to the mix. I never was a runner but I am trying to get there. On Thanksgiving I ran my first 5k.0

 I went from 230 pounds, heavy smoker & drinker; to a healthy, active lifestyle. It took many years and lots of ups and downs to get here. I have run 8 Marathons and finished 2 Ironman Triathlons (plus multiple other races). I would LOVE to help encourage someone looking to achieve similar goals 0 0
