I have one and use it from time to time.I can pretty much keep the hoop up and walk around and do stuff. I have never looked up any videos. lol thanks for the heads up. If you have any tips or good links to exercises you like I would appreciate them.

you might be over estimating the calories you are burning during your work outs

lose more weight. It is hard, BUT YOU CAN DO IT.

it is realistic if you stick with it. make sure you change your eating and exercise habits regularly so that you will stay interested. you have to become a little obsessed with it for it to work.

FAT IS NEVER TURNED IN TO MUSCLE. When you stop working out you will lose muscle mass and gain fat. BAM.

if I drink I just do shots, but I am normally doing this at home while watching something I pirated off the internet(i am an under-aged loner). So yeah, shots aren't classy but they are low cal!

no but i am not going to gain weight after this and haven't yet. my weight fluctuates within 3 pounds. If for some reason I did gain weight i would track it. :P all about dat honesty.
