Hi guys after a little over 5 months i wanted to show you my transformation, i have put before and after pics on before, when i hit my goal weight but i feel ive acheived much mroe since then, i also wast to help motivate people, hopefully this will help. Please feel free to add me 
Dont really have many "before pics" but this is me just over 140llbs, i am 5.2"
Thiis is me at my goal weight of 117lbs, i felt awesome, toned and fit
This is me now 112llbs and feeling absolutely amazing, i would maybe like to lose another couple of llbs, and continue toning, but am very happy
