^ thanks for posting this "Fat cells are actually called "adipose tissue" and are a form of connective tissue in the body. The cells can change size, but you don't pee the cells out. That's a myth" was just about to do the same. Also, if your doc doesn't know why you never have to urinate, you need another doc. Sounds to…

if you're serious about weight-loss, buy a food scale. mine was about $12US at big lots

November 30th!! Basically have until September to lose around 50 lbs (of the overall amount i want to lose). invested in myself by hiring a personal trainer which i go to once a week, it's been great. I've only shed 9 lbs the past 4 wks, but i'm shedding inches great, not on any extreme diet, and building muscle as well...…

i think other people will jump in as well, but most people seem NOT to eat back the calories burned

i also use the circuit training one, except for the time on a treadmill, i log that as treadmill.

I went through this a year or so ago... I personally decided to cut way back and i *did* get headaches, etc. for a few days. Also, it HAS been shown to work with your body and create more of a spike/ crash. I am DEFINITELY more hungry when I drink diet coke throughout the day than when I drink water and tea, so while I do…

you could also go see a dietician... i was having similar issues and found out that while in pursuit of "low-fat" i was killing myself with carbs...

I think any diet that is severly low carb is bound to fail in the end, bc we need carbs for energy or else our body burns…

for me, even just paying tight attention to my food (after I went to the dietician) was enough to get a slow loss going- when we have so much to lose, just diet (not a diet, but nutrition) can play a good starting roll. after a couple weeks of just being hyper about food and seeing 1ish per week, i *wanted* to start moving…

when nothing else works- go to a dietician. she can look at your MFP, your exercise, etc. and help you... it's the only thing that worked for me.
-
i have about 130 to lose!
-
go see a dietician... they can help you identify what you should change. I was doing everything right but eating too many carbs for my body type...
-
well, i took the "eat them all and at least they are gone" method. there was really no stopping me once they were open...
-
without question!! my bf says you look tighter all over- i agree

I signed up for the group, but not much seems to be going on... Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Free Calorie Counter

New here, not sure how the groups function works but i'm doing great logging everything and exercising at least every-other day... This is definitely going to be a long road for me but i'm looking forward to results along the way :)
