YES, I have the same thing!! If I don't eat in the morning, I can go till noon or 1pm without eating and feel fine. BUT if I eat breakfast at 9am, I am starving by 11:30. It's annoying to me..LOL!

I limit myself to 48 ounces of water a day. Once I drink the first 16-24 ounces, I start pee'ing.. then I don't stop it seems like. I'm a D cup and I got a Champion sports bra from target. I think it was $18 or so. I don' t like anything that is SUPER tight and it's great... comfy, affordable and allows me to run without my chest hurting.

Already burned over 300 during my w1d2 of Ease into 10k this morning. Will do a 5k walk in the morning with possible zumba afterwards!!

If you search for walking it will give you various speeds and you choose how fast you walked and put in the minutes... that'll give you the calories you burned during your 1 mile walk.

Last year I lost 10 lbs with EA Active 1 (in 2 months time).. a few months back I got 2 and I love it.. I also have the wii fit balance board that I use with it. It really works you out!!! I don't use it as much now because I am doing a running program called Couch to 5k. Goodluck with active 2 :)

I agree with what everyone else said, there are more than likely more than 4 servings. I use manwich for sloppy joes and 1 regular can with 1 pound of ground beef (85/15) will make 6 big sandwiches or 8 regular ones. I would adjust the serving size for your recipe and it'll be less :) I LOVE THE RECIPE FEATURE!!!

I make a similar chicken in the crock pot.. chicken breasts, rotel and a taco or fajita seasoning... then top with shredded cheese before you serve it. Yummy!

I think the point of eating before is to give your body my energy while running. I like you, like to get up before my girls and get on the treadmill. But because I'm so out of shape and need all the help I can get, I am trying to eat some fruit and then 30 mins later get on the treadmill. GOODLUCK!
