  • It's good that you drink water while you run you might want to run 6 hrs later but for the current run you should have hydrated prior to water all day keeps the silver bullet away and if you don't know what that is it's how your core temperature will be taken if you pass out cause of heat stroke.
  • i ran 9 miles this morning rested ate did some chores and rode my bike (bicycle) the same route I ran i am pooped too and sore
  • I only run on the treadmill in case of emergency like inclement weather, but when i do I put the incline to at least 2.5 simulating the raod run and I try and do more than the treadmill like the elipticle, and bicycle. There is no substitute for the road in my book.
