  • I put cinnamon on a TON of stuff. In my coffee, on any toasted bread-like product, on ice cream... I did hear a rumor that it helps your metabolism, but mostly...I just LOVE the taste of cinnamon. :love:
  • I know that feeling. I've lost 59 pounds, and I have another 61 pounds to lose. The task ahead seems huge, but it's worth it, as is anything worth having. You'll get there!

  • I do the exact same thing, and since I don't measure (I wish I had. You should if you aren't yet.), it's the best way I can tell that I'm making progress. The scale is nice, but sometimes it doesn't move...and yet, I can still feel progress. So go on, touch your bad self! ;)
  • 9/3: 4.76 miles + the sit-ups. I got some poor news about my grandma today. My workout is the only thing that has kept my spirits up so far.

  • Goal: 50 miles Week 2 Results: 18.06 miles Total Miles: 37.51 I feel like I actually was better about working out this week, but I cut my workouts by ten minutes to keep from straining my back. I feel like I can easily make my goal! I can't wait to hit 50 miles! Happy biking, everyone!

  • Nothing today. My hind quarters are tender from not being used to the bike anymore, and my nephew (from my boyfriend's family) came into the world with a dramatic entrance today. :)
  • 6.32 today. I've started different hours at work this week, and didn't get to eat a real lunch. It was really hard to find the energy to finish today, but I pushed through! SNACK TIME!
  • 6.75 for today, and I really did not want to do it...but here I am!
  • 6.38 miles today!
