I agree with a poster above, they help me stay motivated. When exercising faithfully, it gave a good ten pound lower projection than it has this week, when I've been slacking. Back to exercising for me!!

I am SO not a morning person. I work from home most days, so I'll get in a few mini-workouts (15-30 min) throughout the day and then my big one late at night, around 9-10 ish, sometimes until 11.
