In 44 days, I'm only down 12 lbs but the difference is huge! I feel so different. My clothes fit so much better. Others can see the difference. only 38 lbs to go until my goal weight. i've got this and so do you!

    Oh my gosh! That is awesome. I've been on here 45 days today and lost 13 pounds, but I can't tell at all. You will succeed and so will I!!!! Way to go!

    No secrets here ;)

    I count calories. Eat a lot more veggies and fruits then I used to. Avoid fast food. I still eat things I enjoy, such as pizza and beer. I weigh ALL my food. Drink lots of water. No sodas.

    Work out consists of about an hour of cardio 5-6 days a week. I'm doing weight machines for now. I alternate between legs and arms, every other day.
