There are some interesting sounding "mommy and me" exercise dvds out there you might try. Get your child active and fit NOW to build the habit for a lifetime, and you'll have fun bonding and "playing" while you do the dvd.

I definitely didn't make the calorie-burn challenge, due to not having time AT ALL on Tuesday. But I did my best to get 500/day the rest of the week. Well I did great with 600 calories on the treadmill on Monday; I set up my laptop and commented on statuses here and played Farmville!!! Yeah, this is more than the usual stickiness around the edges, it had turned very liquid. And the patch came entirely unstuck in the shower afterward, so I felt safest just replacing entirely.

Exercise every day, and try to eat a bit more (I know! Sounds crazy but it looks like your net calories is under 1200 a lot of days... add just a couple hundred... an apple and natural PB maybe). Also try to make sure you drink plenty of water, that always helps me when I need the scale to budge.

To be honest, not much. A little treadmill, a little hiking, but I've not been diligent about it. Most of this is diet alone. But I am planning to really up my game and add more exercise to keep up the rate of loss - actually about a lb a week, because most of the loss is in the past three months.

Going through it as well, for me it's definitely the birth control. I switched to a different type and it seems to help, but maybe going off it is what triggered it with you? I'd ask your doctor, if you're comfortable with them.

Vitamin D supplements help me and my sweetie - about 4000 IU a day seems to take the edge off. And I agree 100% with the exercise!
