Good for you on your progress, I will add you as a friend. My suggestion though is to get off of Slimfast if at all possible, and just eat healthy, it will reward you in the long run. I know it is easier said then done but I did that and had a really hard time once I went off. I know it is tough to lose with medications…

I also have the Mirenia IUD I have had it since 2009. All information I have looked up on the internet says people are gaining weight and/or can't lose weight. I am not gaining thank goodness but losing weight is a struggle. I am however losing inches from my workouts as the scale says the same. I would check with your dr…

Hang in there it does get easier as you get stronger. Level 1 is rough at first and JM can grind on your nerves, but it certainly is worth it!!

I have been doing the 30 day shred since May and rotate through the levels, I am not very good at doing it on a daily basis like your suppose to so maybe this will get me going I am in. :happy:

The evening cools down enough to get in a walk in the evening, good advice by drinking plenty of water, and sun screen. There is always enough shade somewhere to cool off during hiking. Early hikes/walks/riding before the sun get too darn hot.

I love my friends on here because they are supportive emotionally, physically, and are there when I need someone to chat with. I also enjoy the food diary it has all the food listed so you don't have to add hardly anything new. Some of the forums are great to get some advice from, or share information with.

Have you done any measuring? Increased water intake? You sound like you are working hard but I agree the scale is the last place I look.

I have tried almost everything out there including the aci berry diet, with little to no results, and I agree that changing your eating habits and exercise is the key to losing weight. Supplements seemed to be a waist of money compared to eating healthy.

I have been using it every day now for I think 2 weeks, and I figure it under circuit training so it goes by your weight and minuets. She is tough but does get results. I have actually been switching off every other day from level 1 to level 2 and enjoy it better that way, except I am ready to mute her voice!! Great work…

I am 5' 7" and my first goal is 150 pounds, second goal is 140 pounds, than I am trying for 135 if I am lucky. I have 30 more pounds to go to hit the first goal, and it is taking its time coming off this old body :sad:

Sometimes I just pack a boiled egg, low fat string cheese, an apple, half a cucumber in slices, and few wasa crackers with the laughing cow spread for lunch.
