I am new and need friends :-) also how the hell do you get through these summers if you work out outside like running,hiking,biking etc?????

    You just do it! For me, I'm not a big biker or hiker, but I work outside in my yard a lot, for example. It sucks when it's 110 outside, but you get through it.

    The two keys are: (1) lots and lots of sunscreen, and (2) lots and lots of water. Skimp on either one and you're in big trouble! :smile:

    Plus, if you're an early riser, you can always hit the trail before the sun comes out. That's not me, though. :laugh:

    The evening cools down enough to get in a walk in the evening, good advice by drinking plenty of water, and sun screen. There is always enough shade somewhere to cool off during hiking. Early hikes/walks/riding before the sun get too darn hot.
