I am new and need friends :-) also how the hell do you get through these summers if you work out outside like running,hiking,biking etc?????

You just do it! For me, I'm not a big biker or hiker, but I work outside in my yard a lot, for example. It sucks when it's 110 outside, but you get through it.
The two keys are: (1) lots and lots of sunscreen, and (2) lots and lots of water. Skimp on either one and you're in big trouble!
Plus, if you're an early riser, you can always hit the trail before the sun comes out. That's not me, though. :laugh:0 -
The evening cools down enough to get in a walk in the evening, good advice by drinking plenty of water, and sun screen. There is always enough shade somewhere to cool off during hiking. Early hikes/walks/riding before the sun get too darn hot.0
