Congratulations, you look amazing! You should be so proud of yourself.

You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do.~~Eleanor Roosevelt

I have this problem. I can see a difference and my clothes fit differently. I am 12 days into the 30-day shred and my first week I gained 3lbs. I've now lost 1.5lbs but that only brings me back to my starting weight. However, seeing and feeling the difference helps me not be discouraged.

I'm 30, 5'1 and have two kids. Feel free to add me.

I was looking for the answer to this exact question. If you get an answer please send me an email and let me know. I'm on day 5 of Level 1 and I've just been logging it as circuit general, but I'm not sure if that's correct.

I started today also. It was killer but I think it'll be so worth it. Friend me for support.

My situation is pretty much exactly yours...kids, full time job, hubby etc. I get up between 5 and 5:15 every morning. I have been doing about 45-65 minutes of Zumba and just started the 30 day shred today. I just get up and make myself do it. If I take time to shake off the sleepy I probably wouldn't get up. I start by…

I just had a baby about 6 months ago so I currently weigh 145 and I want to weigh between 120-125. I like having curves and I do not want to be "skinny" I want to be healty. The best I've ever looked in my life was around 120.

I know that has to feel good. Way to go!

I am in a similar situation. I have a 6 month old and a 12 year old. I get up at 5am and do Zumba for 45-70 minutes, depending on how long I think the baby will sleep. I work from 8-5pm and the hubby works from 6am-6:30pm. In the evenings I try to get in an additional 15-20 minute work out of Zumba. (I'm not sure if you…

I'd like to join. I'm currently doing Zumba 5 times a week and Curves Circuit 3 times a week. Hopefully in two weeks (when I get my jogging stroller) I'm starting Couch 2 5K in the evenings. Not only do I want to look smoking hot in a bikini this summer but my anniversary is June 14th and I have a little something special…

I'm not sure there is a specific amount you'll lose but I lost about 19 pounds while breastfeeding. My little girl will be 6 months old Thursday. However, when I stopped breastfeeding (at 10 weeks, because my milk dried up) I gained about 12 of those pounds back. You'll definitely want to start walking or doing some kind…

I would love to join this challenge. I actually have the song "Sexy Back" on my workout playlist. It would be nice to have a number to work towards for the next 6 weeks.

Congratulations on reaching your first goal. I have used the Wii fit in the past and I actually still use my Wii to exercise, but now I am using the Zumba 2 for the Wii. Keep up the good work!

Well I'm going to reward my husband with super sexy lingerie for our anniversary in June and I'm going to have the satisfaction of feeling super sexy. Also, I was planning on a side tattoo before I got pregnant so I think I'll finally get that done.

Are you eating "healthy" calories? Are you exercising? Those are the only things I can think of. I'm just starting but I have friends who have amazing results right now. They are either eating extremely well or are working out very hard and eating "better".

My most recent was Friday night. I literally hadn't eaten anything all day (first mistake) and I didn't get home until about 6:30. Well, on my way home is a Sonic. I was starving, so I stopped and got a Super Sonic Cheeseburger. I felt disgusting after eating about 3/4 of it. I looked it up in the MFP database and the…

I'm a litte over 5'1 and I currently weigh 145. I had a baby about 5 months ago and I want to lose all the baby weight plus what I put on before I became pregnant. I am shooting for 125.

I am feeling the same way you are today. I only lost 0.4lbs this week. Very discouraging considering I've been working so hard. But I know that by doing what I was doing I'll never lose the weight. And I feel better about myself. Keep up the hard work. It will pay off.

I just started MFP yesterday and I need to lose about 25lbs. I had a baby in September and it is time to shed those pounds. Good luck with your weight loss. I think this site and it food journal really helps hold you accountable for your actions, so that should help.
