I have learned to love the treadmill when forced inside. It took a long time, there are apps out there to help, I use Aaptiv. It has workouts with music and coaching right in your ear, takes the guess work out and the time flies by.

Yes I'm sore most days. I am feeling stronger, I can run for much longer and I can do actual push-ups not on my knees, so I know these are results just not ones I can see. I'll try not eating the workout calories back. Thanks!

I am not measuring the wine with a cup, but I am weighing my meats, and being as accurate as possible with everything else. I suppose I could be better!

im also new, started on Monday of this week. im on my first day of phase 2 today and I am hungry for the first time. i will be happy when this phase is over i hate having to eat meat all day, it just feels like too much! good luck to you! i hope we both get the results we want!
