Day off today as had to get my 7 mile walk in day 2 tomorrow:)

I have started 30 day shred again completed it 3 times and really enjoy it.I have done the ripped in 30 and did not like it half as much as the shred.

I hear you and understand I have not gained but stayed the same for 5 months no matter that I run 20 miles a week,do JM ripped DVD 6 days a week, walk everywhere.

I just turned 50 and peri menopausal and have stalled in weight loss since May no loss at all.It is driving me nuts along with the hot flushes.I just started Evening primrose capsules to see if they help with fatique and flushes.
