I take calcuim 1000mg or more, vit. b complex, zinc, vit d, vit c - 1000mg. The calcium supplement helps when my legs ache, since I don't drink enough milk to get the calcium from that.

SW: 151.8 CW: 151 This past weekend I attended my sisters wedding and didn't count my calories for the whole weekend. I am now back on track and hope the upcoming weeks are better. I will be working on exercising everyday for at least 40min. Good luck everyone!

Hi, I am exactly the same. So I force myself to only weigh myself once a week, usually on Saturday morning before I have eaten a thing and after I have been to the bathroom and done #2 (hahaha). Counting my calories and exercising made a huge difference...I had no idea how many calories I was consuming.

I am over my protein goal everyday too. I don't think the protein levels are very healthy. In my opinion it is a lot better to be a bit over on protein than over in carbs. I am over in my sugar levels, but that is due to having a few portions of fruit a day.

So glad to hear someone else had a hard time with weight watchers. I was having the same problem, not losing any weight, but having to pay every month. Now that I joined mfp I have had so much more success. Good luck!! Add me if you like, I could use some support. Take care.

Thanks for posting. I am also 5'6'' and have lost about 29 lbs so I know you can do it. It is still hard not to have those cravings though. I was creeping up to my highest weight ever and realized I needed to do something about it. I could use the support as well. Good luck.
