I do not log my drinks I drink mostly water and green tea if I drink a soda I log it...I will look into better food choices! I do eat fresh veggies when I can or I get the steamables in a bag...

NO I am on track to lose two pounds a week..I lost six the first week and four the next week and NOTHING the last three weeks...

Mayo....any of the low fat or olive oil type mayos instead of regular mayo!!! Turkey Burgers for me just do not do it for me! YUCK! BUt will use ground turkey in pasta sauce!

Omg...I am doing the same thing..and I am scared to death...I have upped since Sunday my next weigh in is next Sunday i want to get on the scale so bad but I am too afraid...don't "feel" like it is making a difference!

i make big batches of oatmeal at home, and put them in seperate containers to take with me to work. mix peanut butter in them (while its cooking) to add some protein. add some raisins or a sliced banana to sweeten it up. Gret idea!!

I had not eaten since breakfast...the funeral was almost two hours long and then the service at the cemetary...then I had to take kids to dentist pick up other child and get home to eat and then back out to soccer...

When I am sad bored and when whatever I am eating is so good.....WHen I am sad I am looking for that instant gratification of happiness so I turn to food...a cupcake or choloate taste goods smells good and makes me happy....when i am bored i tend to eat chips and soda the task of eating the chips drinking the soda occupies…
