I have one everyday for breakfast, mainly because I cant eat food in the morning. In my mind its better to have a shake for brekkie than nothing

I have to agree with some others. Jelly!! I eat Aeroplane Lite Jelly and its 7 calories a serve ( so i double the serving size LOL)

I was at 50 then I went on holidays with hubby and its now reset :-(

We all have our bad days (or weeks) but knowing that you will get back on track is important and doing it. Dont give up and keep plugging away xx

1 year, between the prime ages of 19-20. I made up for the lag though ;-)

I wake up around 7am, sometimes I weigh sometimes not Go for a 35min walk to get the paper Drink my shake for breakfast (I cant do food in the morning) and read the paper. Daughter wakes up around 8ish Breakfast and dress her Shower then dress Off to do whatever we have to do for the day

I stopped having the metabolism of a teenager but kept eating as though I did. I got pregnant and had other "more important" things to worry about then health I stayed lazy and full of excuses

I have to say Ive got lots of advice and its great to know Im not the only person who cant/couldnt run. We have a treadmill on layby which we will pick up in about 2 months so Im tossing up whether to start then or start now running on the bike path behind my house?? Decisions, decisions.

MY computer wont let me look at C25K page as it blocks it but I found the cool runnings program. I think I will give it a go, take it slowly and breathe.

My 3 yr old, feeds the cat morning and night and gets $2 a week My 11yr old stepson does alot of chores and gets $10 a week My 14yr old stepson again does lots of chores, even more than the 11 yr old and he gets $15. My hubby just cam ehome today with a wii fit "game" and it had a elastic belt in it, so yeah i can do that.

A 30 min walk everyday and currently Im doing the 30 day shred DVD about 5-6 times a week. Once Im done with the DVD I need to get into a proper routine

Ive had black pudding which a few others have called blood sausage. It scottish I believe and so yum. Its very rich, if you dont think about what it is made from, its just a delicious sausage

I cant stand eating first thing in the morning so i have a slimshake instead. Its better than nothing.

Turns out Ive got a head cold. I may have had it coming for a few days and that combined with maybe not enough food, I think made me feel tired :-( Hopefully in a few days I will have more energy

I think tomorrow will be better, I spent alot of today working out how to do the moves. It was harder and I was back to being completely out of breath and redfaced but worth it!

I just used the calorie amount that was set by MFP. Im female and I currently weigh 67Kg (147.5lbs), I do try to eat what I burn off but its not always feasible. I have to say I wasnt really in the mood today and I found it harder and Im more tired. Stupid me kept watching to see what Day 11 Level 2 holds. OMG!!! We are in a world of trouble tomorrow LOL

Anyone else a little nervous about level 2 LOL I have to say I "enjoy" the workout, I feel so good after Ive done it. Im very close to Natalie and moving further away from Anita. I still do the easy pushups but hey Im no muscle man LOL I no longer get very sore, I feel the stretch but no great pain afterwards.

Im not a morning eater either so i have a slim shake instead. Ive found it easier to drink in the morning than eat.
