I finally figured it out.
If I exercise at night after I put my daughter to bed, then Im less likely to have a drink to relax. Its feel pointless working out then sitting down and drinking back the calories I just burned off. I know! Its an obvious thing but I was really struggling with cutting back the drinking (which I love) but doing it this way…

I had to stop :-(
I got to about day 14 and had to stop due to hurting my ankle. I was unable to walk for about 10 days so doing the 30DS was not possible. I have been working out on the wii - personal trainer to get my strength up and when Im physically stronger I will do the 30DS and I will complete it.

Im just having a down day today
I am a bit off today. None of my food is satisfying me (as in happiness not fullness), I keep looking in my fridge for something better. But of course finding nothing. I just did grocery shopping and I havent really got my head around the "right" foods to buy so I have a varied selection of healthy options. So instead my…

I controlled myself :-)
I am a chocolate freak as most women are!! I had a craving tonight after dinner and instead of forcing my husband to go to the shop to get me a large block so i can eat the whole thing, then feel sick and remorseful. I settled for a treat size freddo frog (53 calories) and was satisfied :-) To me thats a win.

It better be muscle
I have been doing this for 3 weeks now, eating right, exercising and working out 5-6 days a week. So far no weight loss, I went down 0.2kg last week but this week Im straight back up to where I was. :grumble: Im really hoping that its because my body now has muscle, I didnt take my measurements at the start but it looks…

a sore ankle
I have been doing the 30 day shred for about 13 days now and after moving up to level 2, I have hurt one of my ankles. It could be from bad technique when jumping, jogging on the spot etc or my sister who is a Personal trainer thinks it might also be that Im not strong enough in that area. I dont want to stop working out…

Well today was a complete stuff up. When I was doing the workout my daughter came in and wanted to play, ran around the room and was just distracting me. Then someone came to the door and my Stepson was relaying messages to me from the person at the door ARGH!!!! My legs arnt as sore, so that was good. But its hard to say…

Im after some motivation
Ive been doing this for a week, Ive stayed under my 1200 a day calorie intake and exercised everyday. Ive started doing the 30 Day shred as well. I feel myself getting fitter, I can last longer when I run and I find working out a little easier each time. Which is all great but the main reason why Im doing all this, like…

Day 3 - Jan 11
I am still sore in my legs and finding them tight and stiff all the time. I found today that it was easier to work out, I had more stamina and didnt get as tired as the first day or as sweaty. What hurt the most today was the Ab work, maybe I just did it correctly this time LOL I believe after the first 10 days are up I…

Day 2 - Jan 10th
I guess Im a day ahead of everyone as Im in Australia, different time zone and all. I woke up on Day 2 with sore thighs, I ran on the spot for 5 mins to loosen them up before starting. I felt the stretching in my thighs when I was working out. I still got all sweaty and red faced, but I mentally found it easier as I could…
