Stiff legs

I started the 30 day shred yesterday and as expected Im feeling it today

My legs are really stiff and sore, is there anything I can do to loosen them up a little before I do Day 2, I dont want to hurt myself.
Ive been for a 30 min walk this morning (in Australia, its morning here LOL)
