a sore ankle

I have been doing the 30 day shred for about 13 days now and after moving up to level 2, I have hurt one of my ankles.

It could be from bad technique when jumping, jogging on the spot etc or my sister who is a Personal trainer thinks it might also be that Im not strong enough in that area.

I dont want to stop working out but its getting sore. Its very tender on the inside ankle bone and it hurts a little to walk (bearable but I feel it)

What sort of things should I be doing to help me from a; hurting it further and b; stopping it happening again.
