I have been doing this for 3 weeks now, eating right, exercising and working out 5-6 days a week.
So far no weight loss, I went down 0.2kg last week but this week Im straight back up to where I was. :grumble:
Im really hoping that its because my body now has muscle, I didnt take my measurements at the start but it looks like Ive changed a little.
(ignore the ticker at the bottom as I put my original weight down wrong so its says I have lost some weight LOL)
I'll just keep plugging away though

Well the bad news is that it's probably not muscle, if you've been eating at a calorie deficit and it's only been 3 weeks. The good news is it's most likely water. If you've been working out your muscles will retain water to repair themselves. Also, it's only been 3 weeks, so give it some time, especially if you're implementing an exercise routine along with diet. Have you been measuring?0
