If I exercise at night after I put my daughter to bed, then Im less likely to have a drink to relax.
Its feel pointless working out then sitting down and drinking back the calories I just burned off.
I know! Its an obvious thing but I was really struggling with cutting back the drinking (which I love) but doing it this way it may just be the answer I was looking for.
