Obviously Im new here, hence introducing myself!

Im a SAHM of a 3 yr old girl. Im still carrying the baby weight I put on when I was pregnant, but as she is 3 I cant keep blaming her can I.

Ive started walking every weekday morning for about 30-40mins and after discovering I can burn 140 calories from vacuuming and mopping my house I may have to do it everyday LOL

My weakness is alcohol, after a day of dealing with tantrums and drama from my daughter a glass of wine is so tempting!!!

Looking forward to getting tips and advice from these boards

    Welcome to mfp! I find alcohol derails me quite often too. I can have a fantastic week of eating right and exercising then a few drinks on the weekend and even if I account for them in my calories my metabolism still slows down so that I don't lose.
