30 day shred & exercise log

Im still new to this MFP, still trying to get my head around things.

After reading a few posts Ive decided to try the 30 day shred. My question is when I go to log down the exercise what should I put it down as??

    Log it as circuit training that's what most people who do it without a HRM do.
