I'm 4'11", which IS short, and I didn't even stick to the 1200 calories MFP said, and lost close to 30lbs. I was eating about 1500 calories after figuring out all my numbers. So you should definitely be eating more, If you're worried about how you look I would start lifting weights/using a kettlebell, makes a huge…

Cookie Dough, Chocolate Brownie, Double Chocolate Chunk, White Chocolate Rapsberry, Cinnamon Roll...and I just ordered the new Cookies and Cream flavor, can't wait to try those!

About 3 times a week, when I don't feel like putting breakfast together to take to work, or on the weekends when I'm running around in the morning.

Great job!
-
Awesome job!
-
Just awesome, on both counts!

Makes complete sense! I still see the chubby person I once was...I sit down and my thighs spread and I think, how is it that can I be in jeans that are 2-3 sizes smaller than I wore just a year ago??? I'm not sure I'll ever get used to it!
-
I can only think of 2 things, Brussel sprouts and pickles...blech, blah, gah. In theory I should like pickles but I just can't seem to be enticed enough to want to try one.

This, definitely this! I've never understood the fascination with Nutella. I'd much rather have Peanut Butter & Co. Dark Chocolate Dreams.
-
Checking in to try read after work...

I freeze cupcakes, cookies, brownies...pretty much everything, and once they defrost they are fine!
-
Mmm...chocolate.
-
Just found the Red Vevet ones, now I will have to be on the search for these! Can't believe it's taken them so long to come up with chocolate and peanut butter...oh this could be dangerous!
-
Great job, you look wonderful! I'm 44 and did my first Warrior Dash yesterday!

I'm not a fan of running but I'm doing my 4th 5k on Saturday, my first one was just in November. I didn't "practice" or do anything to get ready, heck I only had 2 weeks notice before the run! I don't run the entire time yet, haven't built up to that, but hopefully will one of these days...I run the first mile then walk…

Absolutely loved Eat, Pray, Love...made me want to follow in her footsteps!

Just about finished The Kingmaker's Daughter by Philippa Gregory, what's next is somewhere in the pile of books on my coffee table: My Thoughts Be Bloody, The Bitter Rivalry Between Edwin and John Wilkes Booth That Led to an American Tragedy by Nora Titone Open Heart by Elie Wiesel The Baker Street Letters by Michael…

In November I did my first 5k, a local Turkey Trot- wasn't too fun, not many people. In December I did a Reindeer Run, that one was fun, did it with a couple of friends and we dressed up, had humping reindeer t-shirts! I did my 3rd one today, although it wasn't a fun run...it was organized by a loca fella and it was for…

When that happens to me I just keep it counted, better to have it there in case something else is off...to cover for a few extra calories.

I love Chocolate Therapy, and some of their limited edition flavors, but my staple has to be Phish Food.

I'm 4'11 and am fluctuating between 27 and 29lbs gone so far, still wanting to lose maybe another 10, but I don't have a goal weight in my head... I've been pretty consistent at about 1550 calories a day, I don't usually don't eat my exercise calories back because I'm working off of the TDEE-20%...although some days I do…

Drinking plenty of water has never been a problem for me, and I don't drink it just because you are "supposed" to...it's pretty much all I drink. I don't understand how people can't drink it...I could never survive on just 3 glasses a day!

I love kettlebell workouts! They are good for strength training and they get your heart rate going. What is your concern about space? They take up practically no room, and you don't need a lot of space to do the workouts- just enough to do a proper swing.
-
I did my first 5k 2 weeks after signing up for it... I didn't run the entire time but I finished it! And did another one a couple of weeks later...still didn't run the entire way but cut a minute off of the first one. So just go for it!

I never "complete" my diary so I don't know.

I like to use them on a baked potato instead of butter!

The Walking Dead, no question!!!

Thank you! Yes, definitely a work in progress. I look at everyday as a new chance to get it right...I've really learned not to stress if I go a little crazy one day, I know I can always start again tomorrow.
