    i'm the same height, weighed 124.8 yesterday,
    looking to get back down to 110,
    how long did it take to get from 125 to 110?
    i've started eating better, and already feel better, not tired/sluggish,
    next week, i'm joining the ymca, they have some classes, and open swim, i'm excited to get the ball rolling!!!

    Took me a bit between the 120s - 110 because I was over-eating back exercise calories and my food scale broke, haha.
    So needless to say I romped through a bunch of plateus till I got a new scale and started eating back 70% of cals instead of 100
