I do alternate my workout. Mon & Wed I go to a NICE boot camp class. I love it and I hurt baadly after each and every one of them. Just dont know why just got fed up wit Jillian. Still love her but...Went for a great walk on a treadmill!! 50 min! 30 min 4mph and 20 min 4.5mph. Loved it since I can not run (knee injury)!…

I watch "Lost" on my tab while walking really fast 4.5mph sometimes on 2 or 3 incline. Works great!

I wear my body bugg that is a pedometer as well. Just keeps me motivated. My goal: over 10.000 steps a day. Just started walking my son to school instead of driving and I get over 11.000 a day easy with that. Makes me feel better!

just keep going!!! I am taking it slowly on purpose. So far 3 months and just 14lbs. It is nor a race! Fast losers usually gain it back even quicker! I am with u: slow but steady!

I went to Cancun while on Slim4life diet. I ate like a piggy (drank all kinds of colorful drinks too) and did not gain weight :) I had a lot of fun, choose mostly grilled meat/ fish, lots of fruits and veggies. It was so easy!! U can do it!!

Looks awsome, great choices but not enough!!! I know it is hard to believe but eating too little is going against your goals!! keep up the great choices you make and enjoy more food!! try not to skip a meal, keep that lean mean working out "machine" going strong!!!! good luck!

You can do it!! I LOVE food as well. Sometimes I say: "I was born to eat!!" ;) and I do eat, but have learn to control my portions and treasure my daily calories. Will think twice before eating something high in cal cause I know how much pain and work does it cost to burn it :) lets be friends :)

I did it for 16 days (everyday). I really enjoyed it! but hurt my shoulder (not doing the shred, doing just dance 3 on wii :) so I am out from it for next few weeks and I am really bummed about it. Miss u Jillian!!!
