Hi All,
I just started using this tool this past Sunday, I am 48 years old and I having been trying to lose the same 20 lbs for the past 15 yrs. no matter what I try I just can't seem to lose any weight. I found www.warriorxfit.com by accident and from there I was lead here. I hope this helps, the doctor gave me an ultimatum to lose the weight or die. I have 2 great little kids and a wonderful wife so my only choice is to lose the weight and get healthy. I am looking forward to meeting others who need and can give encouragement because man I am hungry!

    John, you can not find a better motivation that what you have!! TWO little ones and lovely wife!! just for them!! You can do it!!!!!! please accept my friend invitation.
