I feel the same way. Also in BP recovery. I just take small steps at a time. FRIEND ME if ya need support....since I tend to forget that health for life is key vs the 10 min high feeling.

Good Question I like rice since it goes with a lot of veggies like stir fry and I get full faster with rice. Also if you can't handle gluten, rice is a good choice. I tend to overeat when eating pasta for some reason so I tend to avoid it.

I also suffer this, I try to stay busy and aim for a goal/task during times I feel the urge to binge/obsess ....like 2pm. I aim to focus on myself like find new glasses online, clean my room, find a nice outfit. Try to focus on doing productive things and taking breaks. New habits are key :)
