I think thats tons of sugar! I read Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure and he states that too much sugar is bad and increases your insulin which makes more fat. Fruits are def better than candy and sweets but I've been trying to find fruits that have less sugar like blueberries and raspberries. When choosing foods, i keep an…

I can understand how the op and the others here feel as I grew up in a similar situation. I am 24 and have been out of my mothers house for 3 years. My mother is very narcissistic and put myself and my 3 sisters down constantly while we were growing up. I think I had taken the emotional abuse the worst bc I am very…

I feel the same way. Some days I will have an apple AND a banana (both organic) which is about 14g of sugar each! That is def better than what Hadabetter mentioned about sweets. I hate going over my sugar limit and love Jorge Cruise's Belly Fat Cure. There are other fruits with less sugar Blueberries cranberries…

i worry about my "kangaroo pouch" and my "muffin top" all the time! they are like the best friends that you hate and annoy you but you're still friends with O_O i'm working hard to get rid of mine and will not miss them when they're gone. i think i do a pretty good job hiding my kangaroo pouch with the clothes i wear; i…

i'm 5ft tall and 208 lbs at my current weight, highest weight was 220 lbs and i never want to be there again though i can't tell much of a difference with 12 lbs gone so far. my ultimate goal is 110 lbs though i'd be happy with 120 lbs. i have always been chubby but decided i don't want to be FAT anymore, i want to be thin…

great thread. i started MFP again on 1/8/13 at 1200 calories and have lost 12 lbs so far though few days i felt starving! i'm 5ft, now 208 lbs, TDEE 2679, BMR 1729. The 1200 calories was working for me and some days i found it difficult to even reach 1200 bc of my food choices and i rarely ate back exercise calories. After…

i got a Nishiki Pueblo 24 instead of replacing the tires on the Roadmaster. The Nishiki has 24 x 2.10 ties on them and they look so fat compared to the 24 x 2 that were on the Roadmaster. I'm hoping this Nishiki will last me for a while bc i plan on getting a road bike next year but we'll see :) thanks for looking

Got a Nishiki Pueblo 24 this afternoon, traded in my Roadmaster. I love the Nishiki, esp the front suspension and the wide tires! the gears change smoothly and BMB did a great job!

a looove having whole wheat Sandwich Slims with hummus, spring mix/spinach combo...sometimes avocado, a slice of turkey and a slice of cheese. They are so low in calories and very light that i can usually have 1 and feel full or 2 when i'm really hungry but still feel like i didn't over eat cause they're so healthy!
