So on my off days last weekend we went to a mud bogg event where I ate a cheesesteak. I know... not a good choice. I gained 2 lbs that day! Then I ended up losing almost 5 lbs this round...(if that dang scale would have went one more friggin ounce) Total for the last 10 days...11lbs- my 2 lb gain.... 9lbs. I'll take that.

I would stick with the 1200 MFP is saying, then as you lose it will tell you when to add more.

I started having attacks while pregnant, and just delt with if for a few years after before finally having it out. I would go days without eating while pregnant to try avoiding the attacks at first. But still had them, so for me what I ate wasn't an issue. After having mine out (almost 10 years now I would say) I still get…

No success here yet either. Well, I shouldn't say no, just not a big success here yet. I started in January at 280 lbs and am currently 254. I'm slowly getting there, but I have a long way to go. My goal I think is going to be 170. We''ll see when I get there I guess.

I hear the same type of thing because of my build. I'm 5'10 and I started trying to lose weight just after Christmas weighing 280. So far I'm down 17lbs. tomorrow is my weigh in day and I'm hoping for a good number this week.
