I LOVE this thread!!! There are so many things to love about living a healthy & transformed life. So far, for me, it's starting to see my collar bones. I love it. Also, still reaching for a 2-3x when I need a XL or even Large which I never remember being in anything less than XL. Been in 2X for many years!

You are BEAUTIFUL and CONGRATULATIONS on your accomplishment of losing weight. I am afraid I will have loose skin as well. Have you tried incorporating weight lifting into your routines??

I am bumping this because I am (again) trying to conquer this program. I am repeating Wk 2 this week. My problem is that my legs hurt severly after. I think its shin splints. Your emotions are normal but they get better. When I first get into routine (after a period of breaking), it's hard, I hate it. I get mad too (lol) that I have to go through the pain.
