Wow that means I would have to do 100 minutes for the next 13 days... Could I commit to that? Maybe if I break it up to 45 min morning and 45 minutes evening... So two a day for 13 days! That is a very disciplined schedule!

Ah Rach3649 gave me some structure. I am changing and enlarging my screen to do that video! Way to go. Then I will be on day 3 of my 30 minute exercise everyday no excuses!

WOW! MFP you are awesome the comments and your personal stories are truly inspiring. I like making food work for me and identifying foods that I like without a prescriptive plan that can be hard to manage over time.... I think this is an valuable resources....

GREAT Job hopefully I can be motivated to loose 30lbs... I want to get fit in 2014 and the first 6 months I lost 10lbs but gained 5 lbs back... on top of that I lost the first 10lbs in the first 2 months of the year! ....Argh!

I wonder if it matters if I can do the push up that start on my knees? or the push up that has your complete body straight? or the military push ups where it is really hard.. oh who knows? I can barely do one of any kind but I will join the challenge!
