Wow that means I would have to do 100 minutes for the next 13 days... Could I commit to that? Maybe if I break it up to 45 min morning and 45 minutes evening... So two a day for 13 days! That is a very disciplined schedule!0

Ok! So I just completed the calculation and I only need 12 hours to finish the month. I completed 60 minutes tonight but that's already included in my 12 hours. I'm in. I might knock this out in a week. UP FOR THE CHALLENGE. LETS GO!0

10/02: 60 minutes of walking one lap, jogging one lap.

10/04: 35 minutes jogged 2.25 miles, 85 minutes walking 4.5 miles.
10/05: Rest day

10/15: 70 minutes on elliptical trainer.
10/16: jogged 30 minutes and walked 75 minutes on treadmill, 65 minutes on elliptical.
10/17: 21 min walking warm-up & cool down, 75 min jogging, 13 min on elliptical. Also did Week 1, day 2 and day 3 of SL 5x5. I don't know how to count that time, since most time is spent resting between sets, than actually doing them.
1058/1440 completed. Almost 3/4 's complete!
