Friday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Mummy Kicks

Let's do 2 minutes of them.

You can split them up any way you want but you have to have it before
the end of your day.

Some of you may find it easy while others may find it brutal. Take it
at your own pace and with all exercises don't over do it.

    I did 2 minutes worth - just had to do it in three sets. That was hard!

    I did one minute while my kids gave me the, "Mommy's lost her mind" stares. I'll do the other when I can breathe again.

    Done. Did 3 1/2 minutes broken up into 30 second intervals as part of a mini challenge interval training session with squats and pushups....I'm tired, lol!
