Day five(final day having the weekend for rest) 1236 cals 90 mins Total 5909 cals with 6 hours 50 mins in the gym this week. Target was 5000 so pretty pleased with that, will report any weight change tommorow after my weigh in! Thanks for the push to go flat out this week

Great advice Gordon, I'm in the same boat myself as I'm sure you know. My waist is shrinking yet weight has remained static. Tried a spike day yesterday, and going to go for an extra hour at the gym this week, so we will see what happens

None of the strength training does, you have to log it as calisthenics unfer the cardio tab

Not so worried really, just found it unusual to be gettin them while loosing weight, its usually the other way around! I've got stretch marks elsewhere from "growing up" (just a big kid now lol) so it's not a big deal to have a few more! Thanks for the info ppl

I have the ft60, got it last week, it comes with a chest strap and watch, which send your heart rate wirelessly. The watch itself has 16 adjustment slots so will handle tiny to huge wrists. But as others have said, the watch just needs to be in proximity of the chest strap, so you could have it in a pocket for example and…
