  • I do boiled eggs and fruit when I'm on the go. Or veggies with a small amount of dip.
  • Holy Bookworm! Wicked profile pic! Congrats to you!! I do yoga a few times a week and although some days can be pretty chill (and more mentally challenging) days like today I sweat my butt off and put in serious work lol. I often wonder if I'm burning much more than the MFP calculation...but I bought a HRM to figure this…
  • AGREED!!
  • I just turned 30 and have lost 50lbs since Nov 2011 (my ticker is reset for the new year) and I haven't had trouble with loose skin. I have kept well hydrated and my workouts well rounded with lots of cardio, strength and yoga. I lose my weight/inches at a steady pace. Everyone is different but I wish you the same luck!
  • I love mine! I don't use it for everything because I have to come to find out I can eye ball fairly accurately...but I always use it for meat, cheese & calorie dense foods
  • New Brunswick here, feel free to add me  Welcome!

I do M/W/F Bosu/Pump & Go classes (cardio/strength) Yoga on T/T and occasionally squeeze in a trip on the weekends I love doing Turbo jam at home when I get a minute and am in the process of breaking in the punching bag I got for Christmas
  • I try to get to the gym 5 days a week for 45-50 mins Mon/Wed/Fri I do classes that work on cardio, strength & stability two of those classes include training on BOSU's. Tues/Thur I do yoga classes to get a good healthy stretch between the tougher stuff. If I can't make it to the gym for some reason I try to get in atleast…

  • YOU ARE NOT ALONE ! lol I have been cooking and baking up a storm for the last few weeks ...and now with Halloween junk in my house I am like an addict on the verge of an OD
  • I'm in as well...I'd be happy with any loss but 10-15lbs by Christmas would be sweet  My 2012 goal was a size medium for Christmas so I'd be just as happy with that. SW: 186 Christmas Goal : 171 - 176 GW: 155 -160
  • I try to log everything the good, the bad & the ugly....the trend I'm seeing is that every month when I start to PMS I fall off the wagon and reach for crap (sweets, heavy/fatty comfort meals etc) but with out logging I wouldn't be a aware/prepared for this behaviour
  • Some great words of wisdom right there!
  • These summer days are passing so quickly it feels like I can hardly keep up :glasses: I am still playing ball with the kids 2hours a night twice a week. I have been doing my best to get to yoga class once a week and have recently started a new class -BOSU. It is a core building class based on stability/balance and although…

  • Manage to stick (loosely) to my goals last week. Water wasn't up to par and I ate some junk ...but I stayed within my calories more than not and got lots of physical activity in. This week I will work on getting my water back up. 2 nights of baseball (2hrs) 2 days of yoga (1hrs 2 gym days (1.5- 2 hrs) Plus I have a…
  • So I must admit I wrote down my goals on here a couple of weeks ago and never looked at them again :ohwell: But I am slowly gaining control over my life style again and I AM IN IT TO WIN IT! :drinker: lol I have to set realistic goals ...ones I am able to achieve and continue to build on. Thank you to OCRUNNER for tracking…
  • I desperately need to get back on track for my mini goals and motivation! I have been maintaining a work out schedule but my eating has been crap lately. My June goals are: * start 30 day shred with FB crew * drink 8+ glasses of water each day * 3 x 30 second planks each day for a week, doubling up each week * maintain 5…

  • my two biggest issues with WW were 1. loopholes...if there was one I would find it...1/2 muffin =2pts whole muffin =5pts....you know I ate 1/2 that muffin and went back to it an hour later and accounted for only pts....That's all me I get it ...I can be a bit piteful even with myself lol 2. • you could also use the 2L bottle to biceps/triceps curls
  • I read once in a magazine that you could tone arms by lifting a 2L bottle from in front of your chest up and over your head in smooth steady swings in 3 x sets of 12 several times through out the day (or during commercials while watching tv etc)
  • I'm 29 and 5' 8". I have never been a "skinny" girl but had atleast had an athletic build. Since having my 1st child 7yrs ago my weight has creeped up in a scary way. I knew I wasn't comfortable but I had never been overly impressed with my looks even when I was smaller...so I guess it was easier to ignore? My heaviest…
  • 29. New Brunswick. Canada. Always have wanted to see Corsica
  • On the evenings I can sneak out I usually hit the gym between 7-9pm ...I find my workouts a lot smoother at this time of day for some reason opposed to my a.m workouts on the weekends. Most times I have already put in a full day and can come home have a hot shower and pass out. But every person's body/life style etc is…
