I've cut out additional sugar, and anything with added sugar. I'm trying my best to just have naturally occuring sugar, from fruit etc. It's tough, but worth it. I wouldn't worry about going over your sugar allowance if you're within your calories and all your other macros are fine. Real sugar is probably better than…

4 Mars bars for £1, most days when I was a student got me all the way up to 224lbs at age 21. 6 long years later I'm 161lbs. Lots of stuff happened in between. but that's the long and short of it. Damn Mars Bars. I can't even look at them now. I still miss them! :)

Hello everyone, I'm Curvatrino and my superpower is clothes alterations. Not a very cool superpower, I know, but damn handy if you've lost 40lbs. I can fit my fist in my mouth. I have those toning trainers, the reebok ones. I don't notice a difference, and they are heavy, but they are comfy. I do some light running, and weights, and I haven't had any discomfort while running, but I can't say I've notice any extra toning. this is basic food safety. there WILL be a risk of contamination from putting uncooked meat (of any kind) with salad or vegetables that you are not going to cook. If you do this, you'll likely get food poisoning, which will be *great* for your weightloss {sarcasm}
