I cant remember where I saw it that all liquids will count toward that "water" goal for the simple reason they most are water based to begin with. I love unsweetend tea and drink decaf tea at night so I always count that.

I made a yummy one for lunch on a wheat totilla and I added all kinds of yummy things red onion, olives, spinich, cilantro, feta cheese, chicken, and tomato. It was awsome and the entire tortilla all came in under 250 cal.

Well for me it's a little of the same I had about 600 exercise calories today. I did eat a good breakfast and lunch I also had a decent snack.
