I usually weigh in daily, but I don't let the # change my mood much, I use it more as a reference point. I only track my weight on here once a week, usually every Wed morning and I don't record the rest of the time (no reason for it being Wed, I just got into the habit)

yes! It's been much harder in my 30's post baby than it EVER was before-I could just go for a quick run everyday and the weight would just fall off. Now, I have to be super strict with my diet and constantly mix u my workouts, etc to try and get any type of results!

I log what I eat EVERY.SINGLE.DAY It's the only thing that works for me...I log weekends, holidays, vacations, I never ever skip a day and haven't in 18 months. That way, if I have a horrible 3K calorie day it's sitting there right in front of my face. Good luck!

good tips you guys!!! Thank you so much...I have been donating things that don't fit anymore, but probably need to get better at it. Also, Brynn thank you for the fitness goal suggestion! Not sure why I've never thought of that! I'm a goal oriented person, so this is EXACTLY what I need to keep me going!!!!

There are a lot of opinions on this, but here is what I have done. I didn't plan for slip ups or cheat days, but if I got invited out for dinner and wine with the girls, I went, ordered something I really wanted and then ate a reasonable portion and then had the waiter remove the rest. I enjoyed those moments and the food.…
