Hi, I have never been to slimming world but like a lot of there recipes, not sure how the whole slimming world thing works tough, can someone give me a quick guide? free/syns/EE? what do they mean ? and how many of each are you supposed to have?

Had to have an early scan yesterday as i was spotting on friday everything was ok saw baby's heartbeat put me as 7+1 was expecting 9 or 10 weeks. had spotting again this morning but not much so fingers crossed, had mc last year x am now due 19th november.
