I kind of am.. I recently discovered the sworkit app. Sworkit=circuit workout and I absolutely love it. I do a 30 min session of the cardio, followed by a 30 min session of the yoga on it.. I know it's not full out yoga..but it definitely helps with not being sore after kicking my butt with the cardio stuff.

I LOVE the sworkit app, keeps mixing it up so that I don't get bored. I generally do either the full body or bootcamp workout followed by a 30 min yoga session to stretch and not be sore!

I'm new here as well! I'm in my last semester of school, and babysit for a few families, and after a crazy long day need some motivation as well to keep from just passing out! Feel free to add me :) motivating others makes me feel the need to get up off my butt lol.
