180 after my third child 2 years ago 145.8 now after 9 months of dieting/exercise 135-140 is my goal by end of fall Almost there. Mostly worried about the abs more than the number on the scale at this point.

Hi, I"m 5'7. I have long legs and short torso. My goal is 135-140. I'm a mother of three so my goal weight really consists of what my abs look like after i'm all done losing my baby weight. Im concentrating on losing the fat and belly flab! lol. Right now i'm 149.9. Almost there!

Cardio to burn the fat. And Squats and Plies for strength training. It's the hardest area to get rid of fat. I'm struggling w/that too. Ugh so annoying. But patience is the key.

Many restuarants like Applebee's and Outback Steakhouse offer "Slim" or "Skinny" drinks which average at or under 200 calories ! I had a skinny margarita at Outback Streakhouse for 190 calories and it was delicious!
