I've gone from a 14/16 to an 8 in both pants and dresses. I used to wear a L or XL in shirts, I now wear a small or medium, depending on the store. It took me almost 40lbs.0

I've lost two so far, gone from an 18 to a 14, ee! It's exciting. I'm 5'7.5 and hovering around 220 as it stands...0

Started in a size 14 now a comfortable size 2. I can't say in Jr's size since I couldnt fit into those at my highest weight, even a 15 was too tight, now can wear a 3 or 5. In tops went from L to S or XS if they are cut generous like Old Navy.

I love reading this thread! Amazing how many of us are the same height and about the same weight yet so many different sizes!! So many different shapes! Yet we are all doing GREAT!!
I started at 228, size 18 pants, 16 dress, XL or 1X shirt (depending on style/manufacturer), now at 181 I am in a size 10 or 12 pants (again depending on how they are made), medium dress (do have a couple smalls (they are stretchy)), and medium shirts! My bra has went from a 38G to a 34G (which is hard to find). I do have a pair of size 8 pants in my closet and can wear them in public (still a bit tight through the hips/thighs) so I am going to hold off before I wear them in public!! But they were a bargin at $15!!.

was 154 (size 8):sick:
now 130 (size 3)
so that makes 5 sizes lost :bigsmile:
5 more pounds and i make it to my goal weight....hardest 5 pounds i have ever met lol:mad:0 -

I am down 4 sizes but can get into one more down just doesnt look pretty so I claim 4 and 1/20

I wish I could say, but instead of buying new pants, I got a sturdy belt with lots of holes XD In a couple of weeks I should be getting new clothes for back to school so I'll find out then.0

Went from 16/18 and XL to currently size 6 and small. And I am 5'3'0

At my biggest a size 16 in Juniors was too tight. I was pushing a size 18. Now, 50 lbs lost later, I wear a 7 in Juniors. I'm not quite 5' 2" and I started at 176ish and am now around 125ish. Not sure.. scale broke. I don't know if that helps at all =/0

5'3, 150 lbs. I started at 290lbs, a size 22-24 pants and 2XL shirt (this was about 2 years ago, well before I joined MFP) and am now a size 9-11 pants and M-L shirt (depending on brand). :happy:0

5'5. 205 and now a size 12 mostly...i can squeeze into a couple size 10s.so 15pounds and 1 pant size.0

I'm 5'2 and started out at 250 and now 197. I went from a 18 to a 14 (depending on the brand) in pants and from a 2x to a lg !!! Of course I'm still not done.0

bust: 36"
CW: 149.4 lbs 9/10 & 11 (medium in shirts)
hips: 41"
thighs: 25"
arms: 10"
waist: 29.5"
bust: 34.5"
GW: 135 lbs... size 8
I haven't lost that much in sizes or lbs in the past 4 months... I'm losing more up top than anything else...0 -

Now - Size 6/80 -
I am 5'5"
I used to be 175-180 and a size 14-16
I am now 140-145 and a size 6-8..but still aiming for a size 40 -
I started out wearing a size 26 and after 46 pounds I am a comfortable size 20. Hoping to drop another size soon! Oh and I am 6 foot!0

I've dropped five sizes...though I have to point out that I'm still not in my pre-pregnancy weight, another 7lbs to go, but I'm already two sizes smaller than I've ever been..that would be the weight training at work there...it is awesome.0

I would love love love to drop 3 sizes. I am having a hard time tying this goal to a number. I know its different for everyone, but just looking for a ballpark.... I am 5'10 currently a 16 and at 199. What about you?
